Vaxxinova BU Aqua announces new R&D and Business Development Director

Bergen, Norway, March 4, 2024 – Vaxxinova announces, starting March 1, 2024 Dr. Jaime Tobar will be the new R&D and Business Development Director for the BU Aqua. Jaime will be responsible for Research and Development (including management of Regulatory Affairs) targeting autogenous and licensed products within Vaxxinova Norway and Chile.

Jaime is biologist from the Universidad Católica de Chile in Chile and holds a PhD in Biological Sciences with specialization in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology from the same University. With 17 years of experience in veterinary biologicals including research, development and licensing of animal vaccines as well as autogenous vaccines including technical, strategic and management skills.
